Return Policies
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with any order made at Horse & Kennel Warehouse.
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
REQUESTING A RMA:
- Return requests (RMA # requests) must be made no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
- Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of the issuance of the RMA number.
- Mark the issued RMA # on the outside of the package or include it inside along with the item(s) that were approved for return.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Items are eligible for full credit or exchange. Full credit will be given to items in new condition in the original packaging with tags. Full credit will be issued to the original form of payment (less shipping/handling charges).
- In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded to you unless there was an error on our part in the shipment of the order.
- The following items are ineligible for return (unless defective): Customized merchandise, special orders, electronics, books, bits, dewormers, supplements, closeout merchandise or any open items.
- Unauthorized or late returns, including refused or unclaimed packages, are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of merchandise total plus all shipping charges.
IMPORTANT: HELMET RETURNS:
If the helmet does not fit correctly it may be returned for exchange within 30 days of purchase with their original tags intact. If tags are not intact credit will be denied. Should you need to return a helmet the box the helmet comes in with the brand and product name on the box must be placed in another box for purposes of shipping. Failure to do this could result in a partial refund.
APPROVED RETURNS:
- Approved regularly priced items are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund (conditions apply.)
- Approved items received back to us within 30 days of delivery date are eligible for domestic US exchange, store credit, or refund (minus shipping charges.)
- Approved items received back to us after 30 days of delivery date are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- Refunds, if eligible, will be issued to original payment source, minus shipping charges.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A tracking number will be necessary to file a claim if a return does not get back to us. Horse & Kennel cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or undelivered.
- Any Rewards Points that were earned from the purchase of a returned item will be deducted from your account.
- You will be notified by email when your return has been received. Your return is processed 2-3 business days after receipt of package.
- Refunds – Depending on your bank – your refund may take up to 7 days to show on your bank account.
