RETURN POLICIES:

Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any product you order from Horse & Kennel Warehouse, simply return it in new condition within 30 days for replacement or refund. Special order, drop ships, and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please report your intention to return merchandise within 30 days after you receive it.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns or exchanges over 30 days after receipt.

Returns must be in new condition in original manufacturer's packaging including all product information and warranty cards. Health Codes will not allow any employee to handle soiled items.

In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded to you unless there was an error on our part in the shipment of the order.

Any items returned that do not meet these specifications will be returned to you or discarded at no credit. Special orders are non-returnable.

Damages & Shortages: If your package is damaged contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. For missing items contact our customer service department here. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.

Horse & Kennel Warehouse disclaims responsibility for errors in pricing, for the use or misuse of any products described in this website, and for any losses incurred through the use of products according to methods described in this website. Always refer to and follow the label directions. Horse & Kennel Warehouse specifically does not authorize anyone, its agents or employees, to recommend any product sold by Horse & Kennel Warehouse in any way other than according to manufacturer's current label directions. Horse & Kennel Warehouse disclaims responsibility for losses incurred due to delays or errors in shipment. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
