    My Account

    Horse & Kennel Warehouse offers you the ability to set up account information on our site. Setting up an account offers you the ability to enter your billing/shipping information one time. By setting up an account, you can speed up the checkout process on your return visits. After you initially set up an account on our site, by logging in when you visit or when you checkout, your basic billing/shipping information is automatically filled in for you.

    For security reasons, we do not ask for credit card/payment information when setting up an account. Credit card/payment information has to be entered each time you checkout with your order. We do not store any credit card/payment information on our servers

    Setting up an account is not required. You have the option at checkout to continue without creating an account. You will just have to enter your shipping/billing information each time you place an order.

    Creating a New Account
    To create a new account click on the "My Account" button at the top of the shopping cart page or click on the "Account" link in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Once you reach the account page, click on the link "create new account". At the new account screen you will be prompted to input a login/username, a e-mail address to send lost passwords, and a password to access your account. You will then asked to input your shipping information. Should your billing information be different that the shipping information enter that information also. After you have entered the required information, click on the "save" button at the bottom of the page. You will then automatically be logged in.

    Changing Your Account Info
    Should you need to change any of your account information at any time just click on the "My Account" button at the top of the shopping cart page, enter your login name and password and your current information will come up on the screen. Change whatever fields that need to be change and click on the "save" button.

    Lost Passwords
    Should you lose or forget your password, click on the "My Account" button at the top of the shopping cart page, enter your login name, and click on the link "Forgot Password" Enter the email address associated with your account. If you no longer use the email address associated with your account, please contact customer support. Your password will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you initially entered when you set your account up.
