Shipping Policies

FREE GROUND SHIPPING (for orders over $99) to the 48 contiguous United States, except for designated items with added shipping weight or special requirements. Individual items weighing over 2 pounds will usually carry a shipping charge. Items under 2 pounds do not normally have a shipping charge, regardless of the quantity you buy. This applies only when shipping by the Ground method to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. All products are clearly marked on their respective pages as to whether the item qualifies for Free Shipping or not. Shipping rates are based on product weight and in some instances the package size for larger items and the distance involved.

Horse & Kennel Warehouse does not charge a minimum order handling charge.

Standard shipping charges, when they exist, are based on the weight and box size of the items and the distance they must be shipped.

UPS is our usual carrier within the 48 contiguous United States. Smaller size packages may also ship via USPS Priority Mail. If shipping charges apply to your order you will be able to choose your preferred carrier if the items in your order can be shipped by either UPS or Priority Mail. If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, Horse & Kennel Warehouse reserves the right to ship via the most economical carrier.

In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded to you unless there was an error on our part in the shipment of the order.

Most orders placed before 10:00 AM Eastern Time Monday - Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders placed outside of that window are shipped on the next business day.

Packages shipped via Ground to the 48 contiguous United States typically arrive in 1 to 5 business days.

You may calculate your shipping charges prior to checking out. You must first add an item to your basket. Our site can only calculate shipping charges on items in your basket. When you add a product to your basket you will be taken to the basket screen. At the bottom of the page there will be a link to click on so shipping charges for products in your basket can be calculated. You can remove a product from your basket at anytime by going to the basket page and clicking on the remove item icon next to the product.

IN STORE PICKUP POLICIES:

Choose store pickup when placing your order.
Once you receive your order confirmation email, Horse & Kennel will contact you via email and phone when the order is available for pickup.
Please allow 2-4 hours for your order to be processed and pickup confirmation before proceeding to our store.
Please bring any of the following items with you when picking up your order.
Confirmation email that order is ready for pickup, credit card used for your online purchase or valid photo-id (Driver's License or State ID) .

RETURN POLICIES:

Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any product you order from Horse & Kennel Warehouse, simply return it in new condition within 30 days for replacement or refund. Special order, drop ships, and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please report your intention to return merchandise within 30 days after you receive it.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns or exchanges over 30 days after receipt.

Returns must be in new condition in original manufacturer's packaging including all product information and warranty cards. Health Codes will not allow any employee to handle soiled items.

Any items returned that do not meet these specifications will be returned to you or discarded at no credit. Special orders are non-returnable.

Damages & Shortages: If your package is damaged contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. For missing items contact our customer service department here. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.

Always refer to and follow the label directions. Horse & Kennel Warehouse specifically does not authorize anyone, its agents or employees, to recommend any product sold by Horse & Kennel Warehouse in any way other than according to manufacturer's current label directions.
